I am excited about the sessions to do seasonal cleansing and preparation to transition into the coming season. Learning to live in sync and with respect for the earth’s changes , is something I am interested in.

I know just what you mean! Several years ago, I started to consider how to live with the seasonal changes and the different energy patterns each season brings. It was amazing to me the energy I felt throughout each season. What was even more exciting was giving myself permission to live within each season’s energy. For example, I gave myself permission to feel slower during Winter. There are many times when we feel as if we should be keeping the new energy of Spring or the fast energy of Summer throughout Winter. Winter is truly our time to look inside quietly. Mother gives us the dark hours so we can do so without distractions. We forget this sometimes. To cleanse before each season is a wonderful way to change out of one energy pattern into another. In other words, releasing the fast-pace of Summer prior to the energy patterns of Fall. Letting down all attachements in Fall prior to Winter. Much like the trees drop their leaves. Nature shows us the way to live through the seasons. A tree drops its leaves and quietly waits for Spring. Only this way can it endure long hours of dark. It does not use energy to feed leaves. There are times when we use to much energy during Winter trying to keep Summer’s pace alive. That is another way cleanses help us. It is a signal to our body, to our mind and to our Soul that we have the ability and permission to change into a new pattern.
